Hazlee and Nazlene's Big Day...May 15th, 2005

LItu my brother got married to Nazlene on May 15th, 2005. The first four pictures are the cards from the wedding and the akad nikah.
As I have not received any wedding pictures yet, here are a few pictures when we were younger..pretty cute. I managed to arrive just in time for the wedding on the 14th May, 2005. I was in DUbai Airport for a whole day. I felt like Tom Hanks in the terminal counting the hours till I can board the next flight to Malaysia. Somebody in Istanbul scheduled the flights wrong. Okay..its all over but STILL...Back to the wedding, it was a fun wedding to me. Not the usual boring wedding...It was a short trip as I had to go back to Boston for my graduation ceremony. I ate like there was no tomorrow ....

Yahoo. I have one more course to go and I am done with this. Cannot wait for August to come and I am finally done. This is the proudest day of my life. I got nervous as I got on the stage fearing that I might just trip and fall. As we walked towards the stage with the song accompanying us, I have never felt so proud. Having accomplished this far. Now I can say, I have a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, wat wat!! What will be the next chapter in my life, we will just have to wait and see but one thing I know for sure that I will never thirst my brain for more knowledge to gain. Way to go to myself.

time in LA 1998 spring break with eke and yazz

this was in LA and Las Vegas during our spring break vacation quite a while ago..so much fun with my jebona friends...eke n yazz....i used to shop a lot way back then like mad...i think i dont anymore or like to think that i dont. so there is the picture of me..being a shopping diva and a picture of eke..with no money notice her crown is upside down...and there is this time that we went on melrose to shop...we only had time to shop, so eke said no stopping for anything because we were going to six flags after that..and she was also perasan somebody was going to ..... to her pictures...damn...we were influenced by yazz's fascination with leopard prints...i got a leopard print skirt that i have never worn in mylife and eke...she got a leopard print top that she did wear to a club that was a funny top...man..i think i left that picture at home but i will scan it when i have it with me...we went to las vegas for the first time for me and eke...had lots of fun at the slot machine, oh we stayed at the hard rock hotel...i guess thats it for now..ciao

Fort Lauderdale and Miami Vacation

these pictures were taken back in october 2000. my sister leen and I went for a vacation in florida. i made her walk on the highway in Fort Lauderdale to get to the beach. i was proud of her for not complaining as she is not used to my type of vacation where u have to walk to go somewhere. the beaches in FLL is nice the one in south beach not that nice. people watching in south beach was nice. the girls are hot there..the guys hmmm okaylah. we stayed at this nice hotel in miami...the marriot i think. there is this guy who used to work at this book cafe in boston and hes cute so we talked to him and asked is he based in miami now....this is what he said...its south beach now...i just thought that that line is a good line for a techno song..."its south beach now and techno music in the background" back to the books now...
